Bowser-Minich Funeral Homes are privately owned by Michael G. and Pamela Bowser-Minich.

Michael G. Minich has been a licensed funeral director since 1980, and is a graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He is active in all areas of the operation of the funeral home.

Pamela Bowser-Minich comes from a family of funeral directors. At Bowser-Minich, she is responsible for public relations and oversees the CarePlus aftercare program for bereavement services. Pamela holds a BSW degree from St. Francis University and a MA in Adult and Community Education from IUP.

Peg Snyder has been with the funeral home since 1991. As Administrative Assistant, she handles many of the office responsibilities, and is often the voice you hear on the telephone when you call either funeral home location. Peg has many years experience as an office manager/ administrative assistant.

Fred Nichols is a licensed funeral director who works on a part-time basis. He has over 50 years experience in funeral service.

Lura Vereb has been with the funeral home since 1993. She facilitates the Careplus Support groups as well as individual counseling and various public relation events. Lura is a certified grief counselor and holds a MA degree in counseling. She also works in the office doing various tasks.

Michael Frock is a pre-need counselor who is currently working with families who wish to pre-arrange funerals for themselves or family members. He is a graduate of the Community College of Baltimore County and has been a licensed funeral director since 2002.

Families wishing to make pre-arrangements can meet at either funeral home location, or in their own home. By coming to our Indiana facility, individuals can view the caskets, urns, and models of outer burial containers. Arrangements made outside of the Indiana location can be done using pictures of caskets, vaults, and urns.
